Kieron O'BrienChief Executive Officer, Board MemberKieron O’Brien is the chief executive officer of ExpertMarkets. In this capacity, Kieron plays a vital role in the company's strategy, direction and development. Over the past 12 years, Kieron has been active as a C-level executive, advisor or board member of multiple early and middle stage technology companies covering the Internet, VoIP, Software Products, and Corporate Services industries. Most recently, he was the Founder and CEO of PacketExchange, Ltd, which he grew into a leading Global Internet Infrastructure and Content Delivery Network provider winning numerous awards including “Deloitte Technology Fast50”, Red Herring’s “Europe 100” and recognized by the Sunday Times (London) “Tech Track 100” as the 14th fastest growing technology company in the United Kingdom. Kieron was responsible for raising multiple rounds of capital in addition to leading PacketExchange’s expansion into Europe, Asia and the United States through a strategy of growing organically and through acquisition. Prior to starting PacketExchange, Ltd, Kieron was Chief Technology Officer for Level 3 Communications in Europe where he directed a multi-billion dollar capital expenditure and operating budget. Before this he followed a successful R&D career in digital and optical networking equipment with a successful business development role at Alcatel where he brought in more than $500 million of contracts. Kieron received an education in Electronics and Software Engineering in the British Army. Graham EdwardsGeneral Manager - BlinkHRGraham Edwards brings over 25 years experience in building new technology businesses to his role as General Manager of the BlinkHR division at ExpertMarkets. Most recently, Graham was the CEO for S3 Technical Solutions, a leading provider of employee benefits management solutions (acquired by ExpertMarkets). Prior to S3, Graham was a founding partner at Brauning where he worked with a number of large technology leaders as a strategy consultant and nimble technology innovators as interim CEO. Prior to Brauning, Graham directed the business development and investment activities for Intel’s Information Technology Group, was the IT group’s liaison to Intel Capital, and was a co-creator of Intel Online Services ($100M Intel investment). Before Intel, Graham ran business development for Tricord Systems an $80MM, publicly traded (NASDAQ: TRCD) technology company, was a senior line consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and was a founder of Pacific Rim Capital, where he managed marketing and sales. Graham holds an AB degree from Harvard College. David SlovesVice President, Product – BlinkHRDavid Sloves brings over 25 years experience as a technology entrepreneur to his role of VP Product – Blink HR, at ExpertMarkets. He has founded and successfully exited a series of businesses focused on creating innovative tools and processes aimed at delivering repeatable, cost-effective solutions to complex business problems. Most recently, David was the co-founder and President of S3 Technical Solutions (acquired by ExpertMarkets), where he was responsible for software development as well as the finance, sales and administrative functions. Previously David founded and was the President and CEO of Senterprise, an application service provider. Prior to Senterprise, he founded and was President of Desktop Products, a regional systems integrator that grew to nearly $40 million in revenue, successfully creating and selling several operating units. At Desktop Products, he managed large-scale projects and outsourcing programs for enterprise clients including Applied Materials, Bechtel, Chiron, City and County of San Francisco, Genentech, Industrial Risk Insurance, Lam Research, Macy’s, Montgomery Securities (now Bank of America Securities), Prudential, Wells Fargo Bank and West America Bank. David holds a BA degree in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. |
