Greg Shenkman

Chairman of the Board

Greg Shenkman is the chairman of the board of ExpertMarkets. In this capacity, he shares his expertise to ensure the company's business growth. In addition, Greg is a cofounder and board member of Exigen Services, a global IT Services provider. Greg is also a founding partner of Exigen Capital, a private equity fund that focuses on investments in the insurance, financial, media, and telecommunications industries.

As a seasoned business executive and visionary, Greg is a catalyst for the creation of new businesses that deliver transformational change through technology. Prior to launching Exigen, Greg was the chief executive officer and cofounder of Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories, where he successfully closed a gap between call centers and associated computer systems. Under Greg's leadership, and with cofounder Alec Miloslavsky, Genesys went public and, subsequently, was acquired by Alcatel for $1.9 billion in 2000.

Kieron O'Brien

Chief Executive Officer, Board Member

Kieron O’Brien is the chief executive officer of ExpertMarkets. In this capacity, Kieron plays a vital role in company's strategy, direction and development.

Over the past 12 years, Kieron has been active as a C-level executive, advisor or board member of multiple early and middle stage technology companies covering the Internet, VoIP, Software Products, and Corporate Services industries. Most recently, he was the Founder and CEO of PacketExchange, Ltd, which he grew into a leading Global Internet Infrastructure and Content Delivery Network provider winning numerous awards including “Deloitte Technology Fast50”, Red Herring’s “Europe 100” and recognized by the Sunday Times (London) “Tech Track 100” as the 14th fastest growing technology company in the United Kingdom. Kieron was responsible for raising multiple rounds of capital in addition to leading PacketExchange’s expansion into Europe, Asia and the United States through a strategy of growing organically and through acquisition. Prior to starting PacketExchange, Ltd, Kieron was Chief Technology Officer for Level 3 Communications in Europe where he directed a multi-billion dollar capital expenditure and operating budget. Before this he followed a successful R&D career in digital and optical networking equipment with a successful business development role at Alcatel where he brought in more than $500 million of contracts. Kieron received an education in Electronics and Software Engineering in the British Army.
